Founder of CUPPA CAFÉ (2008) – A Retail Coffee Chain operating in Bangalore, New Delhi, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and other cities. He has already aggregated and delivered 140 acres for Sahara-NH-7 near International Airport, 130 acres for Hiranandani-NH-7 near International Airport, 30 acres for Prestige Cessana Park-Outer Ring road Marathahalli. Presently he is aggregating 120 acres for Featherlite Property NH-7 near Chikballapur.
